Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At North Trail Auto, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure you are confident and comfortable with your purchase of our automotive accessories. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Return Window

Customers in Canada have a 30-day period from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Every eligible return inside the 30-day window is sent back with a prepaid label we provide by email — you never pay to return an item, whether the reason is a fault on our side or simply that the part was not right for your vehicle. Email northtrailauto@gmail.com with your order number and we will send the label.

Seller-Fault Return Reasons

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or significantly different from the description on our website, you are eligible for a return or exchange at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process any return or exchange.

Damages and Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately by emailing northtrailauto@gmail.com with photographs of the damage or defect. We will guide you through the return or exchange process, covering any shipping costs related to seller faults.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products unless faulty or damaged.
  • Products that have been improperly installed or tampered with.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in unsatisfactory condition.
  • Sale items marked as "final sale" or clearance, unless defective.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item due to seller fault or dissatisfaction within the return window, please contact us at northtrailauto@gmail.com. We will arrange for the return and dispatch of the replacement item promptly upon receipt and verification of the returned merchandise.

Return Address

Please send all returns to the following address:

2601 East 28th Street, STE 0117,
Signal Hill, California 90755,
