Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

At North Trail Auto, we strive to process all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping Time

Our standard delivery service is available across Canada, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days after processing. Please be aware that remote or long-distance locations may experience slightly longer delivery times due to carrier transit constraints. Additionally, carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible Canada addresses. Rates for express shipping are calculated automatically based on your destination. Please note that free standard shipping always applies to all orders regardless of size or value.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, North Trail Auto only ships within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
